I just wanted to express my gratitude to all those who have been so generous this week! I have already received MANY craft items, donations, gift cards and other small gifts. On behalf of Mme Miller (who will get gifts when she gets back) I wanted to say THANK YOU!! It's been so nice to have such great families to work with:) Wishing everyone a restful holiday!

I dropped the ball on this and didn't realize the color houses were running a pyjama day tomorrow. So..feel free to send them in AGAIN in their cute jams.
As some of you are aware, Mme Miller has been absent from school for some time. She had surgery last week and is now recovering, but may not be able to make it back to see the kids before the holidays. In the meantime, we have been extremely lucky to have Mme Wilks in the classroom. Mme Wilks is a fantastic supply (the best I've ever worked with), so you can be sure that things are still running smoothly in the classroom.
Please wish Mme Miller well in her recovery. Mme Ellis It's official! We made it through our first day with NO ONE going to jaune! Congratulations les amis! And they did it during the last week of school before holidays?!? Who knew... Since one family has already brought it up...Voici our latest dance! Indeed, if you didn't know already, this IS what they do in the North Pole. Introducing my kids, Briar and Jeremy!
The steps are as listed: 1. Thumbs in front 2. Elbows back 3. Knees bent 4. Feet turned in 5. Head up 6. Bum up 7. Squinty eyes 8. Tongue on fire Please feel free to download the song "Les pouces en avant" and practice at home. Be warned, it might get funny. During this time of year we know it is not unusual for parents to get their child's teacher a gift. Mme Miller and I would like to express our gratitude. We would also like to request that if you choose to do so, please consider donating to a charity or simply buying crafting supplies. We appreciate the gesture! Happy holidays to all! 1. Sub orders are due Dec 18th
2. Students have their concert on Wednesday at 11:40am. Parents/family are welcome to visit. Please allow them to wear their pj's (again) so they can be extra cute (again). Please welcome Jason to our class! That makes us a class of 26!

I have 3 young kids at home, so I know exactly what you're going through! A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MS MILLER... I have been working as an ECE for 18 years and have a young child at home. This is my 6th year working with UGDSB, I am excited for the school year to get started and getting to know everyone. Hope everyone had a great summer! Archives
