Bonjour à tous! I wanted to thank the last minute recruits on Thursday who came out to help with the apple fest! Your flexibility is much appreciated! This week we are working with pumpkins. Thursday is our pumpkin carving day and Friday is the Dance-a-thon. If anyone would like to help out on Thursday morning (8:50-10:30) we could use some help carving pumpkins. Please let me know. In preparation for the BIG day I would like to encourage everyone to send the kids in with basic costumes. That's to say please avoid sending in any accessories. The students will have the chance to change into their costumes during the 2nd block (11:15-12:55) and then they will participate in the Dance-a-thon. We plan to have the costumes all packed up for the end of the day. Finally, if anyone has a spare adult costume, please let me know! I'm still undecided.

A little bit about Mme EllisI have worked in Guelph for 8 years and have been teaching for 12 years. It is my 6th year at John McCrae and I love it! I have 3 young kids at home, so I know exactly what you're going through! A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MS MILLER... I have been working as an ECE for 18 years and have a young child at home. This is my 6th year working with UGDSB, I am excited for the school year to get started and getting to know everyone. Hope everyone had a great summer! Archives
